On a digital canvas there are numerous possibilities of drawing. Paintbrushes and their drawing qualities, characteristics of drawing technique (i.e. pastel, oil, ink, etc.) as well as the canvas can be imitated. However most of them are simulations of analogue techniques. What could be the visual entities of a digital language of shape? Pixels and vectors may form the least common denominator. The digital "brush stroke" are search terms, divided into URL, description and domain of searched website. An algorithm places these text fragments on the canvas in a manner that from a certain distance the original search word is visible. Descriptions of the search terms and the URL (long brush strokes)form the background contrasted by domain names (short brush strokes) in complementary colour.
