The series "Whitehouse" engages in press releases by the White House in Washington DC which are available as an RSS-feed. The applied algorithm visualizes all the available clippings in such manner: The current entry is split into each word, interpunctuations are eliminated. The resulting words are placed on a canvas in random scale, position and rotation. In addition the applications chooses a random word searches it on a website which yields a colour combination of five colour values. The five slightly transparent colour values are paired with the scattered words. The bulk of this process is determined by the algorithm in spite of similar parameters different results are obtained. The original content of the press release cannot be ascertained, only bulletpoints such as president, nation…etc. can be partially recognized. 8 images were selected from 763 outputs of the algorithm.
